First off I would like to say "Welcome"
I created this site so that I would have a journal to make notes in and post photos that I capture along the way. I have wanted to get into photography for a few year but never had the money really to do so. Right now I have my new camera on order and it should be here late this week. The plan right now is to make my first project one to personalize this site... change the photo in the header to one of my own.
I am also in the process of trying to find a good beginners book for photography just to have a refercne on the subject. I have been reading a few different forums here and there and soon I hope to actually be able to take part in them. Wish me luck.
