DaycareMS Redesign

I have recently started working on redesigning http://www.daycarems.com.  The current look of the site was created by me if I remember correctly and I am in no way able to make nice looking web sites, though it does work.  The plan is to clean up the code, maybe add some social networking features and complete the redesign.
